Humans are adults, or animals is one who has grown to the fullest extent. Within the human realm, adults refer to the social and legal aspects. Contrary to those who are who is not considered to be an adult or "minor" legally adult is a person who has reached the age of majority which makes them independent as well as responsible and competent. A legal adult can be described as a major. Age 18 is as the age of legal maturity, however, this definition may differ depending on the country, rights of the law or mental development.

When it comes to the life span of a human being adulthood is the point when a person is at the point of complete mental and physical maturity. Adulthood is commonly believed to start around age 20 or 21 years. The middle age begins at approximately 40 and then it is followed by an older age of around 60. The beginning of adulthood occurs between the age of 18 to 30. Mid-life adulthood begins around between the mid-30s and the 60s. Later adulthood is when we reach mid-60s. It is the time of physical maturity we are at when we attain the age of 20 to 40 years aged. The size and weight of our bodies can, however, slightly rise. Our physical capabilities are peaking in young adulthood. It includes strength of muscles in addition to reflex time, the sensitivities, and functioning of the heart.
